Characteristics

  • High tempHeat deflection temperature of 100 °C or more — keeps its shape in hot environments.
  • Chemical resistantRated "Good" against at least four of the five chemical groups tested, or described as chemical resistant on the datasheet.
  • Flame retardantUL 94 rating of V-0, V-1 or V-2 — stops burning on its own once the flame is removed.

Certifications

  • UL 94 V-0 (base resin, datasheet rating)Flammability rating from the UL 94 test. V-0 is the highest common rating: the flame goes out within 10 seconds with no burning drips.

"Datasheet" means the rating is stated on the manufacturer's datasheet, not a separate certificate. Ask us for the certificate if you need it for an audit.
